External processing inspection before equipment production: there are drawings for the external processing of each part, which need the signature of the technical director. Without the signature, we will not modify the drawings. After the parts are processed, our experienced QC engineers use various measuring tools to inspect the parts according to the drawings. If the parts pass the inspection, they can be warehoused for installation; If the inspection is unqualified, it will be reworked or scrapped, so that the accuracy of our parts on the equipment can reach 100%.
Inspection after equipment completion: the equipment will be installed by an experienced master. After the first test, the installation master will inspect it. The responsible installation master will connect and install all the equipment purchased by the customer in our workshop, check the vibration and noise of the equipment, find problems and solve them before delivery, and finally report to the production department for records; Before disassembly, marks will be made between the equipment, and test run videos will be taken for these equipment to ensure efficient installation in the customer’s factory.
